This course is available in the State of Florida for educational purposes only and has been designed for those who want the best training in the least amount of time.

This course is self-paced. At any given point, users may stop and/or start the training material. When ready, come back to this site and log in with your username and password. The exam must be completed at the time you begin it.

Food Manager Course - This food manager course will take you through the fundamentals of food safety training to help you obtain your food managers card, license, permit or certificate. Once the course has been completed, you should have a good understanding of what foodborne illness is, how it is caused, and what you can do to help prevent it from occurring.

Once the course is successfully completed, you will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion for your records.

FMC, FoodManagersCertification.com, is developing a new ANSI/ANAB accredited Food Manager Program. We are seeking individuals to participate in the piloting of the food manager exam.

Please use our Food Manager pilot exam as a practice exam before taking the TexasAccredited Food Manager Classes exam. We will cover the cost of the piloted exam and the proctoring thereof as well. When you finish the piloted exam, you will see the score and areas of deficiency to help you study for your official State of Texas accredited CFP examination with Food Manager Classes.

You can take the proctored pilot exam two different ways:

1. In-person through a Prometric Testing Lab, or
2. Remotely through Prometric's ProProctor remote proctor service.
